It’s been an eye-opening week at The Chair at Hay-On-Wye meeting so many Withnail fans. As it’s been 39 years since I created the images to hear people’s stories about how the photography and the film itself have touched their lives has been joyous. There are so many Withnail aficionados that have a very personal attachment for a myriad of reasons and to hear their stories and to share some of my memories has been priceless. Top this day I still don't understand how we pulled it off but I am grateful whenever I see its impact. MC
